About Us
Northwest General Contracting LLC is located near the town of Allyn, Washington in the southwest part of the Puget Sound, between the cities of Bremerton and Shelton.
We are comprised of three brothers and their families, and have been doing new construction, additions, remodeling, repairs, property management and maintenance as Rainier Concepts LTD since 1981.
We started NGC in 2008 to fill the demand for construction and property development that has followed Rainier's reputation.
We can do all aspects of construction, repairs and maintenance, and pride ourselves on not using sub-contractors unless absolutely necessary. This keeps your job private, your property secure, and your costs down.

A fast developing strategy for us is to serve property owners looking to sell lots and acreage that need some fast, inexpensive brush mowing.
Concentrating on entries, roads, driveways, turnarounds, view and building areas, we can greatly increasing buyer access and marketability for a fraction of the cost of excavator and bulldozer style land clearing, with no burn or debris piles.
